Every October, we gather to celebrate National Teachers' Month 2024 with the theme "Together4Teachers." It's common knowledge that teachers play a crucial role in society, not only by educating students, but also by motivating, guiding, and shaping the minds of tomorrow's leaders. The unsung heroes of our community are the educators. Their dedication goes far than just knowledge exchange. Many hours are spent creating engaging classes, providing individualized help, and serving as mentors to their pupils. They instill valuable life lessons, inspire a desire for learning, and shape the future by supporting the growth of young brains. A lack of instructors would make it far more difficult to pursue careers in medicine, engineering, the arts, and influence. Resilient country is capable of recovering from extreme challenges, it is the country's toughness and elasticity. It can help us overcome natural and human made disaster while we can ensure to continue working despite emergencies. As we are prone to disasters, we Filipino can easily adjust in whatever situation we may come to experience. Since we are one of the most vulnerable country in the world to  climate related disaster, we don't have a choice but to build a more resilient society for us to survived all the difficulties passing by. That is why we are known for our hospitality, cheerfulness and especially our resilience in terms of crisis.     My name is Jhandie Gail N. Amistad, I am 15 y/o from Lagatit, Sto. Domingo, Ilocos Sur. I am currently studying at Ilocos Sur National High School, and part of the 10 – MARKOV of Special Program in Mathematics. My hobbies are drawing, dancing and playing Archery.
